Free delivery is available on all orders within mainland Britain, with the exceptions of Cornwall, Devon and Scotland, where a £25 surcharge per delivery will be made. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to any of the Islands, ( Isle of Man, Isle of White, Ireland, Scottish Isles, etc)
All items will be delivered to you directly by our supplier. They will place the item boxed in the room of your choice.
Estimated time of delivery. Providing that the item is in stock, every area of England and Wales is covered at least once a week. For Devon, Cornwall and Scotland we aim to have your furniture delivered within 2 weeks of order. If any order is going to be delayed, then you will be informed as soon as we are aware that that is the case.
Deliveries will be booked in with the customer 24 hours in advance , and a 2 hour time slot will be given.
If you miss the agreed delivery we will leave a card through your door to say we called. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of £30 towards the failed delivery where necessary.
“ White glove service”. If You require the items to be un boxed, the packaging removed, and in some cases for it to be assembled, then this service is available at a cost of £25 per item.
All deliveries must be signed for. The items should be inspected upon delivery and you should refuse delivery of any goods you find to be damaged. If you notice damage, or the goods are faulty, or parts are missing following the delivery, it must be reported within 48 hours, and we kindly ask that a photograph be supplied as well of any damage. Please retain the labels from all your packaging for a while until you are happy that no issues have arisen.
A variety of carriers may be used, (especially in the case of a bed and mattress purchase), so if you order multiple items they may be sent from different locations, and therefore arrive at different times. These deliveries will always be booked in with you in advance.
Any damaged items must be refused at the time of delivery, or reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. (Please photograph the damage and keep the label form the packaging to help us help you.). Damaged goods will be collected and replaced free of charge. Items that need to be returned must be re-packaged in the packaging they came in on the day of delivery. If you no longer have the original packaging, or it’s too worse for wear to use again, it’s your responsibility to get packaging material that’s suitable for the safe transport of your order.
If you wish to return all or part of your order because you simply don’t like it , then inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will take it back, and a full refund will be given, once the item has been returned to us in good condition. The onus is on the customer to organise and pay for this return. Again, items that need to be returned must be re-packaged in the packaging they came in on the day of delivery. If you no longer have the original packaging, or it’s too worse for wear to use again, it’s your responsibility to get packaging material that’s suitable for the safe transport of your order.
Please be aware that unwanted items must not have been used and must be received back in pristine condition so they can be resold. This means that you would be unable to return an item that you have assembled.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and ONLY after we have inspected them for damage.
If any of your items return looking like they’ve been used or damaged, the item will only sell at a reduced value, in which case you will be charged for that loss.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged, so we encourage you to return your item in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is really well wrapped with sturdy and impact absorbing material.
Once you have taken mattresses, out of their original packages, you cannot return them. If you wish to test a mattress, please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
